Entering the cottage into the lounge there are two comfy sofas, 32inch Smart TV and log burning stove.

The small kitchen with a patio leads off the lounge as do doors to the lower ground floor bedroom and a set of steep stairs to the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, toaster, ample storage, fridge and all utensils.
Sleeping up to four people, the cottage has a Super King size bed in the Master Bedroom and a further Super King size bed in the Lower Ground Floor Bedroom.
Off the first floor landing is a full bathroom with separate shower cubical to bath, with toilet and wash hand basin. The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and quirky original features.
There is a private drive to a single vehicle parking space. Please note the drive is narrow. Parking is unrestricted on Smedley Street East all weekend and overnight, and on Henry Avenue at all times, for other parking options.
This is an old character property (dating back to 1743) with uneven and irregular steps and steep stairs, and some low doorways. It is not suitable for small children or people with impaired mobility.
